Privacy Policy

Kuhu makes songs, not profiles. This page lists everything the app collects, why, and how to make it go away. It's short because the list is short.

What we collect

• Your Apple sign-in. Kuhu uses Sign in with Apple only. We receive a stable identifier, and — if you share them — your name and email. You can use Apple's Hide My Email; everything works the same.
• Your songs and prompts. The text you write, the songs generated from it, their cover art, and lyrics are stored on our servers so they appear in your library on any reinstall.
• Your credit history. A ledger of credits granted, spent, refunded, and purchased. Purchases themselves are processed entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details.
• A push token, if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when a song is ready. Turn it off any time in Settings → Song notifications.

What we don't do

• No ads, no ad tracking, no analytics SDKs, no fingerprinting.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone, for anything.
• No training of AI models on your prompts or songs.

Who touches your data

Two processors, both strictly to make your song: our music-generation provider receives your prompt text (and nothing else — no name, no email, no identifier) to compose the music, and Cloudflare hosts our servers and storage. Apple handles sign-in, purchases, and notifications.

Deleting everything

Settings → Delete Account erases your account, songs, artwork, prompts, ledger, and device tokens from our servers immediately and permanently. Songs you downloaded to your phone stay yours.

Where and how long

Data lives on Cloudflare's network and is kept only while your account exists. There are no backups of deleted accounts.

Children

Kuhu isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
